This stunning gown has so much that is interesting about it - and very little has to do with crystals or beads or lace the way many wedding gowns do. The rich ivory fabric has a look and feel like raw shantung silk. It's manipulated in several different ways, from the tiered ruffles on the bodice, to the under bustle on the LOOONG train, and ending with the ruched edging along the bottom. It seems like it should be a simple dress since the only ornamentation is the beaded crystal "belt" that is sewn at the waist, but it's anything but simple. The designer is La Sposa and it's brand new with the tags still on it.
